On a bright afternoon, a ship crossed a quiet and still channel.
It arrived and dropped anchor on the south-east coast of Inglaterra. The men onboard – masters and fighters from Basque – then continued their travel by land, making their way to Londinium.
But they were ambushed before they could reach the gates of the city.

And so, these fighting men charged for a titanic clash.
But apparently, not everyone was willing to join the fight.
The confrontation was fierce and bloody. They were equal in strength at first, but the men from Basque eventually showed their superiority in battle skills and tactics.
One at a time, they slaughtered their enemy…
Without hesitation…
Without mercy…
The Scottish general was ashamed in defeat. But that didn’t stop him from making his last offensive words.
